Place the large roller on your collarbone and gently roll outwards from the center towards the edges of your neck using light to medium pressure. Move up to the neck area, rolling upwards and outwards.
Place the large roller on your chin and roll upwards towards your ear in smooth, gentle strokes. Repeat 5-6 times, then move up along your cheek towards the hairline. On the forehead, start in the middle and roll outwards towards the temples.
Use the smaller roller for targeted areas like under the eyes (roll from inner to outer corner), above the brows, along the jawline, and on crow's feet areas. Apply medium pressure and roll back and forth.
Always roll in an upward motion first, then outwards towards the lymph nodes behind the ears and hairline. Use light to medium pressure, never pulling or tugging the skin. Roll for 5-10 minutes.
